   I can't download and run any of the programs that are recommended because my laptop won't allow me to go to the internet. When I try to go to the Internet, it takes me to a page that insists that I have to buy Vista Internet Security.
   
   I am on my desk top PC now. Is there anything I can do?

   Yes, use the seconmd computer to download tools and then transfer them onto the sick machine to run them.
