Malwarebytes problem

Hi Major Geeks!

I tried to update definitions on Malewarbytes yesterday and it kept getting hung at about 45-55%, then start over. So I ran a scan and got something trojan:cry.
I have attached the log.
Also, tried to find definitions on Malewarebytes site to copy directly, but could not find them.

After posting I was able to update and run Avast which quarantined some kind of malware problem. Next, I tried to update Malewarebytes again and was successful. I ran a full scan and "no infections".

It appears that I got it. Two questions, however:

1) What do you recommend to do with stuff sitting in quarantine? Delete? Leave it there?
2) Have you got an opinion on Microsoft Security Essentials? I heard it was good. I purchased Avast and yet, even w/ the real-time protection, I still got infected!
