Help me noooo screen is sideways

I have an ASUS whatever,I use Windows 7 and I was just doing some typing and I hit some combination of buttons and bad things have happened
1st time, I whatever I wrote was quickley translated into chinese letters, I dont know how or why that happened, I was only able to get it back to english via retartring I didnt think it was worth writing a thread about even though its happened 3x more, when I take notes in class, the room is darl(slises)

CURRENTLy, I did something, might have been holding down the Fn key or windows symbol ad now my screen got turned 90 degres so I cant rread this as I tyoe, unless I turn my head 90 degrees(*damn neck) and Instead of reading hornizatonally, i am typing dfrom bottom to top
does that compute?

Try pressing the Ctl + the Alt key together and then press the up arrow.

 

I was able to fix the screen to getit back to landscape, I have no idea what combo of buttons I hit
what did I do to get the text to translate?

 

I think if you use the Ctl + Alt buttons with the left and right arrows, that will rotate your screen either left or right 90 degrees. Asus might also have a function button combination that will do it.
