Hi Timbo. You need to take your pinger to the Space Coast, head north from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on up past Playalinda Beach (it's a nudist beach, so expect to see some fat naked chicks) north of the Space Center. You'll probably find enough discarded launched rocket parts to build your own Scud missile. That's how Bolivia started their space program. :-D

Yeah, I got enough parts froma shipwreck that had no gold but a huge boiler on it. I find a few pieces of the boiler every day. @ TimW, 5 minutes in today, only 3 swipes and out pops.....

That looks like a diamond wedding band. Wow.

Says .925 silver going to try and get offers this week. It is all small diamonds all the way around. Sadly, most of these need to be melted or taken apart. If you look closely it was warped so it was in the ocean for a while, I got really lucky. I wrote up wet sand digging just now for those who care, its a tough thing to write about but I got to write some of this stuff down somewhere.

It could be just warped from wear. Is there some engraving on the inner band?

I don't metal detect (don't live near any beaches other than the shore which I only get to periodically), but figured I'd check out your writings about it. lol...I ended up reading them all. I have to say, it was really quite interesting and very well written.

Thanks, it can apply to most beaches in general as treasure ships have sunk all over just that it focuses on my area a bit more. Still working on it as well, started specific locations today :)

I had not idea it was against the law to metal detect in the water. What's the difference between that and diving at a wreck site?
