I have seen several references to a GUI version of ERUNT.

It appears that it is well done and can make the utility easier to use,
particularly for those who are not familiar with or not comfortable with manipulating
the Startup folder and command line syntax and parameters.

It appears that the publisher is krtech

Download page for ERUNT gui 1.2.5 is http://www4.webng.com/krtech/programs.html

There is an informative discussion of the utility at Piriform forums

I'm not comfortable with downloading and installing from an unknown site,
so I have not tried it out, but it looks good. :wave

Note:
It is recommended that the Non-GUI version be uninstalled Before installing ERUNT gui.
Also, it seems that this package contains NTREGOPT which is accessed through the same GUI. :cool

Hi BILLMCC66.

That's not the same thing.

What I am referring to is essentially the same package EXCEPT that it has
an added GUI wrapped around it.

Look at the attached screen shot.

Cheers. :wave

Yep ours is an earlier version.

The best thing is to E-Mail Tim with the info as he has last call to applications on the forum.

MJNC - on the MG home page on the left navigation pane is a "search" box to look up software in MG. Searching for ERUNTgui will show up in the results. Use this quite often.

Sorry about that! :-o rolleyes

I DID do a search.
Searched for ERUNT thinking that BOTH would appear if listed.

Apparently the search tool does not return Partial Matches.
I thought it DID.

I also use this Custom search, as well as the MG search.

Try http://tinyurl.com/6hhojkp It will use erunt as default (to work). Delete erunt, and type in your new Search criteria, and Search again. For example, try Comodo as your next Search

Quick and easy to use. Works well for me. :)

Thanks bigbazza!

Didn't think of using Google.

Search:
erunt site:majorgeeks.com

works great.

Tried comodo.
Download pages are listed first thing.

Cheers :)

P.S.
Tried the Google Custom search at the top of the home page,
but it does not work the same way.

Thanks mjnc. :major

I just use the Custom Search and type in the minimum criteria, like erunt, Zone Alarm, Comodo, etc., and it lists all the variations for the Search topic.

It picks up all the relevant MG info. Downloads/Threads, etc., as the default.
I rarely use the "Search the Web" tab option.

For major searches I use the Google Enhanced Search option:
http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en

PS: I have both these links listed as Speed Dial shortcuts. :-D

That's much easier than trying to remember all of the Special Characters

Good idea attaching those to Speed Dial. :major

I discovered that using the Search box at the top of the home page is more useful.

After the search results appear, at the top it says Refine results for followed by your search term(s).
If you click Downloads it shows available downloads First.
Refining the search this way with a search for ERUNT also shows ERUNT gui. :cool
