cs fire monitor removal

I installed this program to monitor my system, but it wasn't what I wanted, so I tried removing it with Revo but got a notice that it's being used by another program. I tried deleting the folder but couldn't. Next I found an uninstall tool, but it's by the same people who designed the first program that I can't get rid of and I'm reluctant to put another "germ" on my computer. So, apart from loading another program that I can't get rid of, is there another way of ridding my system of cs fire monitor?

 

Do a system restore, to a time before the program was installed !

Sorry to say, but none of the suggestions worked. Can you think of anything else? The program does not show up in Task manager/processes/applications.
It is showing when I open customize task bar (the icon that is). Did I mention I'm running Win 7?

 

Could it maybe have gotten itself into the "Hidden" section somehow?

 

I'll take a look, all suggestions are welcome.
