Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong spot. I'm looking for help interpreting these graph results. I'm trying to figure out what I think to be a hardware problem. I have also ran memtest and get tons of errors. I only have one memory stick so I cant test with process of elimination if it is definitely the ram. Basically my pc problem is= it randomly freezes and stops responding with zero noise and I have to do a hard restart. I'm virus free running winxp pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Additionally...... I actually was able to find a stick of ram to switch out and ran memtest again with the newly installed stick and had no errors (memtest ran for 25 minutes). Does this mean that I pretty much have it narrowed down to simply replacing the ram or does this OCCT result mean I have other problems? Thanks in advance.
