So, i was cleaning my sister notebook because it was full of unwanted programs, alot of unnecessary startup programs, so i downloaded tuneup utilities 2011(with registration key) and did all tuneup availables.
    I also unninstalled like 40 programs plus++
I performed full avast scan, Full malwarebytes scan, Full trojan remover scan.
I had like 30+ restarting requests from the programs I was going to do them all in only one.
So after all the cleaning I've made, I decided to reboot it, But after that loading screen that says "Microsoft corporation", when it is going to enter account selection(doesn't show nothing) it gets black, blink, and then reboot.
I choosed to system not reboot in case of fail, then just stay a black screen, nothing else.
I can use safe mode normally(I'm posting from the notebook)
So I would apreciate some help, cuz if my sister know this, she would kill me because everything is always my fault.
And I don't have the vista installation CD(If there's no option i can download it no problem)
    Things done so far:
    -CHKDSK
-Prevent system from rebooting in case of system fail(Before this was just a reboot loop)
    -Scan for Virus,Malware
    -Driver update(Actually video driver only)
    -Let it cooldown turned off
-Disable all startup programs at msconfig(Even thinking this wouldn't work because it doesn't even load windows)
Note: Tune up utilities made me delete alot of unused files, like old backups and system restores, and it cleaned alot of registry files after I've unninstalled a mass of softwares
Update: I noticed something very strange after booting in normal mode:
Like in the black I noticed some slightly lighter black(very sligthly)screen poping down(Like resising) Twice. Now this is strange

    1) when cleaning a system - make a backup image. If you break it during cleaning you can go back.

    2) don't delete restore points. If something goes wrong you can use them.

2.5) utilities usually warn you about making changes - read the warnings.

    3) have the installation CDs for the system, or an OS disk, or repair disk at hand.

    4) if you can't perform the follow steps, leave it to a professional.

This one looks like it may be your fault.

I was kinda seeing that, just hoping to be an expecific problem.
So if I download an vista ISO, copy in a CD and boot it will it work in repairing?

Yes. Just make sure you download an untouched ISO, not one that has been hacked or modified in any way.

What make/model is the computer? Given that it is new enough to be Vista, there's a very good chance there is a recovery partition on it. If so, you could save your sister's files from safe mode and then enter the recovery partition to first attempt a repair, and if that doesn't work, restore to factory settings.

    It's a Positivo Mobile z66 (Brazilian one :( )
And how I know if there is a recovery partition? (Like there is only C: in partitions not another)

Just another question, if I recover from the boot CD, will I lose ANY files?

Ouch! May not have one, can't find for sure.

In safe mode, do a seach for Disk Management". (Using 7 so not certain where in My Computer to find it).

When you get to disk management, you should be able to find a screen showing the drives on the computer. Probably C is your primary and if you have a D, that would likely be it.

Most are accessed by tapping F11 on boot, maybe control and F11, maybe F9, maybe F8, possibly F2, (wouldn't it be nice if this were standardized!)

But if you show only one drive, probably no joy.

Well, unfortunately there is no recovery partition, I just wanna know if i use Recovery from the CD system boot will I loose any file

A "Repair" won't lose data. A reformat/reinstall will erase data, and that might be your best bet.

But that's why I suggested to save the data from safe mode first.

Gotta go to work now. Good Luck!
