A Great Day Indeed!

    I just got an 86 on my Cisco 1 final, which gives me an 88 for the semester. I am now a Certified Entry Level Network Technician.

    Also, I get a certificate, and because I scored over an 80, I get a hand-signed letter from the CEO of Cisco Systems! :D

    I read your date thread, you're really brave to ask this crowd with their crazy mix of humor and personalities.


    I'm about to disappear from the network forum for a few weeks for a major work project, but you have to share when i get back. :)

    I will never be able to use that expression again!

    Come on Zach, the networking board is pretty slow and they only throw you a really technical question every once in a while. I'm completely not technical but I'm learning a lot reading the answers.

    I want to see what Cisco taught you. Their routers and switches have been killing me lately and I want to see some of those mad skills. There is about to be a Cisco wireless router taking a dive out of it's cozy home in the warehouse racking, 30 feet, straight to the floor. If I'm very lucky, the Cat5 it's attached to won't be too short to keep it from hitting and shattering. Oops! Maybe you want it as a practice device.
