sound

Hi there and thank you in advance. I have a XFX 5770 video card and a Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 motherboard. I hooked a hdmi/dvi to my tv from the video card and I have a 3mm rca running from my sound card (green port) to my amp for sound. The problem is that I have to keep re-connecting my PC speakers jack with the RCA jack when either watching/listening to something solely from my computer to my tv or when listening or watching something solely from the computer. Is there a way to that both can be connected at the same time so I don't have to keep unplugging and replugging??

Assuming it's an issue of connecting two 3.5mm outputs at one time, this will work:

If you don't want to wait, you should be able to find a similar splitter at Radio Shack or Best Buy (likely near headphones and mp3 players).
