Can I get rid of the FaceBook section?

    It's very annoying having TimW give me the finger on every screen!:eek I've looked in CP but haven't found anything to change the option. Hekp!:cry

    I was just wondering the same thing! It's weird seeing the names of my friends who are fans but even weirder seeing their pictures.

    Hmmm I must have ABP stopping me from seeing this sorta stuff then as I don't see what's been described :confused

    EDIT, Nope, even with AdBlockerPlus disabled I just can't see anything

    If your not on facebook, I don't think you will see it. I think it's only for people who are "fans" of MG on FB.

    Login to FB, logout, then check again - I think it's a cookie/password saved issue, similar to the way some virus/trojans get in from clicking links in phishing emails :eek

    I logged out of FB and it was gone. Looks like you are right.. yipes! I don't like that. So, I can't be logged in if I don't want to see it? well that kinda sucks.

    I don't see it now.... Its way up top, there is nothing there to look at. Im ahead of you, TimW is not on my friends list. ;) Matter of fact, you dont see it now either unless your on a monitor over 28".

    I like it, it was my idea so it has to be a good idea ;)

    As explained to me, you will only see those people that you are "Friends" with on FB. No one else can see them unless they are one of your FB friends.

    I only just now noticed this,and most likely because I'm checking MGs on my eReader right after checkin Facebook. It never happens on any one of my computers...must be my cookie settings. :major

    It should only show up if you are logged into facebook. Goes away once you log out of FB.

    It is something like that, though I have a Facebook account (don't use it very often), but the facebook cookie that this forum uses is blocked on my computer based on internet privacy settings.
