    They missed step 3!! Which is......take it to Best Buy, pay them $199 and then come to MG's to have it really fixed!!! ;)

    I seem to have done the steps out of order.

    I have writen the required regex but I haven't abandoned all hygene yet. Don't really plan on it either. Nore am I considering going back to windows or mac.

    I do blame Sun and Oracle for everything though.
