Cell phones and driving.

    As a permanent pedestrian, I have almost been nailed 4 or 5 times. The common factor? Cell Phones. :mad

    A friend of mine is a State Trooper and almost got killed by a drunk driver who was talking on his cell phone. How's that for a combination?

    I'm a permanent pedestrian because I have Epilepsy and should never drive again. That could be a whole 'nuther thread.
