Need anti spyware thats easy for client

Whats a good anti-spyware program for someone i know who doesnt understand much about computers and wants little to do with making decisions about what to block and what not. She has already has one computer thats infected that im trying to fix and shes very set on her ways, im trying to teach her inspite lol, but in the mean time, are there any programs that pretty much run like Panda does for antiviruses? In the background (btw its a Windows 7 OS)

 

People on here recomend Avast or Comodo both are excellent AV's and are free.....
