Trojan.Win32.Oficla-bt and others

    A friendly laptop gave messages of large amount of bad sectors on the HDD and memory temp of 83 Celsius, also faulse allocation of memory.
    Booting in safe mode and running Avast free edition it found the following:
    1. Win32.Oficla-BT [DRP]
    2. Win32:Morphex [Cryp]
    3. Win32:Olmaric-F [Trj]

    It proposes to delete them.
    Before I do any action, a couple of questions
    If Avast cannot delete them eventually, what shall I do?
    If Avast does remove them, will it be conclusive, or shall I take more measures?

    i have problems running the reffered programs in normal windows mode...
    it seems there are viruses blocking view to start button and to c:\
    Can I run the programs in safe mode?

    UPDATE: There is no sign of the contents of C:\ or the contents of START Button in safe mode also
    what to do to run the programs?

    If these are still missing then please download and save the below tool from Grinler @ bleepingcomputer to your Desktop or anywhere else you can find it ( if the Desktop is not showing )

    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/unhide.exe

    Now run it. Now see if you can find your Programs?

    What a great little program!
    Thank you very much chaslang and Grinler
    but the guy who owned the PC didnt have patience and he came and took it to take it to some wallmart to be fixed
    Good for him
