has hotmail been hacked??

Since yesterday i've been trying to access my hotmail account but i keep getting "Account Compromise - Unauthorized Account Access" i've even tried to send a message to it's forum and i still get that message, so far i've had no luck using their customer support, has anyone else who uses hotmail had this problem "i've changed most of my email to my other email account except the free online comics i get"

 

i've already tried that.

 

What have you tried, resetting your password, recovering your account, contacting support, what?

My daughter's Facebook got hacked, I had to go through the entire process, took two weeks.
Fb asked for an alternate email ID- if not already there. Then they confirmed photo identification of contacts... blah blah.. Don't know if they asked for mother's maiden name, or first dogs name!! Was a while ago.

You will have to contact them. Period.

Sorry, edit timed out. All support/communication will now carry on the additional Email ID. Starting replies may be automated, but hang on and follow through. If I recall by the end of exchanging a few posts and questions answered, I had to copy paste the last few communications, in my last reply. No way a Bot or a phisher will do all this, in bulk.

this is the second time since yesterday i've used microsoft's account password recovery "and this time i posted a tempuser message basically saying i'm still unable to access my account"

YOUR ACCOUNT needs recovering by the method already described, there's no other way.

i do have a gmail account and now i have all my email subscriptions moved to it
