Mini Freezer Cooling System?

Trying to figure out a water cooling system for my new rig and I had a wacki idea. Put my mini freezer next to my rig, drill an input and output hole in the freezer put a rubber grommet in each hole. I have some 3/8 copper tubing laying around so I figure I could route that into the freezer, and with a pipe bender make loop back and forth at the bottom of the freezer.

Put a metal sheet over top of it so I can still use it. I am always using the freezer anyways.

How well do you think that would work haha?

 

A guy my brother knew did that same thing for a guy(ran it through an mini freezer). Although I didn't see it for anything just heard about it.

 

Add a directional control valve before the input with a bypass so you dont have to use it if you dont need it, add a check valve after the output to prevent backflow. A temperature gauge before the bypass and after the check valve to view the temperature before and after. (Probably would put the bypass in the case so it can be removed if needed)

Could even layer the bottom of the freezer below the sheet metal with coolant to submerge the tubing to add even better cooling.
