I am told this error is due to malware. I am hoping someone can please help me with this. I have downloaded and run all the malware, spyware, and virus programs in the malware removal post. I have completely scanned my system, removed everything found and scans are all clean now. But on a restart I still get the error message -- C:users\(my user name)\appdata\roaming\cctai.dll file can not be found. My computer will finish loading vista and all seems to be well but I would like to fix this error. Any suggestions?

If you already ran the scans as you stated then you should already have the logs. You don't need to rerun them. Just attach the logs from what you ran the first time.

Here are four of the five logs. When I restart my computer I get an error message that says:
    Run DLL
    error loading C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\cctao.dll
The specified module could not be found
Then the OS finishes loading and all seems well.

You are way out of date with your versions of SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes..
    • Please uninstall your current version (this is necessary).
    • Then download this SUPERAntiSpyware
    • Install this new version. It may tell you that you need to reboot to complete the installation. You must reboot at this time.
    • After the reboot, run SUPERAntiSpyware and immediately click the Check for Updates button to get more updates for the database.
    • Now run a new full scan of your system. And attach this new log.
Now run Malwarebytes and click the Update tab. Then click the Check for Updates button so you update to the current version of the program and database. Then run a new scan with it too. Make sure you fix the problems found before saving a log. Attach the new log.

Did you knowingly install and do you use Babylon Toolbar?

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win 7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [llbgqar] rundll32.exe "C:\Users\Maul\AppData\Roaming\cctai.dll",fgsqrwe
    O23 - Service: ZipToA - Marvell - (no file)

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

Wow...:-D Thank you so much. I followed all as you posted and upon restart the error is gone. I did not realize both Anti Spyware and Malware were out of date.
No I did not knowingly install the Babylon tool bar. I don't think I use it since I am not sure what it does. Is it spyware and should I uninstall it?
Also here are the logs you asked for. Again Thank for your help with this.

    You're welcome.
Malwarebytes is still not updated. Uninstall it. Then download from the below link and reinstall. Make sure you update the database definitions again while reinstalling:

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Yes I suggest that you uninstall it. It probably is baggage that came along with something else you installed. Any software like this, is something you do not want.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /uninstall, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Go back to step 6 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    5. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    6. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    7. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    8. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    9. If you are running Win 7, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures pointed to by step 7 of the READ ME
for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    10. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
