Printer Olivetti PR2 Plus installation problem in vista home basic !!

Hi , i have a problem with drivers installlation between vista home basic and Printer Olivetti PR2 Plus , I installed the drivers but printer didn't work , what is the solution ? Thank you in advance !! :confused

 

Hi falcon is your printer connected wirelessly or is it cabled you could maybe try changing the cable if that is the method of connection. I don't realy know a great deal about installing printers as I've not had any issues to deal with them personally,but, I would start from scratch again i.e remove all the software and drivers relating to the printer and reboot, instead of trying to install the software again see if the printer will just plug n play ??, if it works then install what ever software that is needed.

Thank you for your help , the printer ie connecting with cable not wireless , i had all these steps which you told me without success and i am searching to google about similar issues but threre isn't any article solving the problem , if someboby knows something please help !! :confused

Is your OS 64bit? It seems the drivers are only for 32bit.

You could try contacting Olivetti support. They may be able to help. This is a specialized printer/scanner.
