STOP (blue screen error) Win XP does not load

    How do I do that? I do have the cable here and can hook it back up

    I really have no idea, your screenshot was probably the first time I've ever seen the Broadcom CP, and I've had at least 3 laptops on XP that had the same Broadcom network adapter. I prefer a clean, drivers only install and allow Windows to control hardware - no bloatware thanks ;)

    If you don't connect the cable, you can't setup and test the connection ... ^^

    For the record, I tested connection with cable in... I guess for were this was 2mths ago and were it is now, he should be happy. Not going to warry about the Ethernet line connection I guess. HAPPY 4th and thank you for all your assistance.
