"New" Start-up Prog. from Avast AV??

This (attached screen-shot) is showing-up (fairly recently) in my start-ups, and "claims" to be from (a part of) my Avast (free) Av prog.

Could anyone be so kind as to confirm/legitimize this for me, please?
