Where to find project management site/software ?

Looking for a website which offers 'simple' (and low cost or free) project management for such things a building construction, and has 'critical path' type of functionality, and displays as calendars and Gantt charts etc.

Would also be interested in software for installing on our own web server, to possibly set up such a project management service site.

Microsoft Project is an example the functionality, but even that is a bit to complex for what we are thinking, and we need it online.

Any thoughts on a good place to look for such sites and/or software ?

Have looked a ZOHO and didnt appear to have 'critical path' (ie date dependency) functionality.

Gantt doesnt appear to have online capability.

When looking at Gantt, saw an ad for Smartsheet, an online PM site.
Kinda pricey and am not ready to commit to a vendor at this time.

Think we would really like to find some PM software we could install on the web server we use.

Please let us know if you know of any such software.
