READ ME FIRST is missing something?

Hello to my BEST and MOST TRUSTED friends!
I have used the malware removal guide to address problems with my pc, my son's pc and the pc's of a few friends. I get better at it with each pass.

My son, who is 15, started his own majorgeeks account last year when he decided to upgrade a Compaq Presario (that I gave him 5 years ago for Christmas) from a single core to a dual core. I showed him how to do the research necessary to select the right hardware as well as hardware that is dependable and reliable. Now he is planning to upgrade to a six core pc. In December, when he turns 16, he plans to apply for a job with Geek Squad. He even looked up the requirements for landing the job.
A new computer geek is born! I am so happy for him because I know full well that THE GEEK SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH!

Now it is time to walk my son through the malware removal guide. To warm up, I decided to go over the process one more time on my pc. Problem is that I could not find info on changing the USER ACCOUNT CONTROL for windows XP in the READ ME FIRST section. I have gone over the section several times and I still cannot find it. Before I use the MGTOOLS, I need to find and change the UAC to get the full benefit from MGTOOLS (I think?).
*I also noticed that SuperAntiSpyware has changed and now the step by step instructions in the malware removal guide are off just a little bit.
