How to map how my memory is being used

I am trying to reduce the amount of memory I am using. I have a hard drive of 80 gb, is there a way to see on a single screen where the memory is being used so I can review what's there and what to delete?

First, let's clarify some terminology. You're using "memory" when you mean disk space. Memory, or RAM (Random Access Memory) is the temporary memory that is loaded when you start your computer and that loses all content when the computer is powered off. Disk space on your hard drive is permanent storage for files and programs, and I interpret your question to really be about disk space, not memory.

Could someone tell me are the figures 20.7 GB for windows including 13.7 GB for winsxs ballpark reasonable.
