How can I copy a Youtube video to DVD

Yesterday I tried to download a Youtube downloader, and a converter, but I just ended up with a lot of adware on my computer. I noticed this same question in a 2008 Thread, so now I am wondering if this advice is still current or are there are any better/more recent programs than are mentioned in response. thanks

I use downloadhelper with Firefox to copy and whatever I have on hand to burn it ATT. You will have to find a converter to be able to play them on a regular DVD machine.
