Viagra spam! Should I be worried?

My father-in-law's email account is spamming viagra advertisements to everyone on his contact list. I'm thinking I should be worried... :-D

I emailed mom-in-law, and suggested that they run some malware scans on his laptop and let me know if they find anything.

 

Sounds like a "Heads Up" warning to me.:-o

Though I will admit to using the phrase "heads-up" in my email to my mother-in-law. LOL

 

Those ads can be a huge problem if you're not careful... a real pain in the....ahh never mind.

 

Yeah maybe he's just sending out his Christmas wishlist? If you start getting some for Hot >>insert type<< whores you'll know for sure...

I took Viagra once and it got stuck in my throat. Next morning I woke up with a stiff neck.

roflmao I used to know an oldish programmer who always had a new limerick every morning. Man, I miss that old codger.

 

I currently have three web-based email accounts, but the only ones he has in his contact list are my gmail and my work email (yeah, they got there), and while I do have them set to filter out anything Viagra I also have my family white-listed so anything from them gets through.

Yes, I have now changed that. Especially for the work email.
