Any idea what this file may be?

I was using CCleaner to check startup programs and I noticed a file I haven't seen before.
I've searched google and other search engines and it gives me no result on the file name.

**I was scanning with Spybot while typing here and it came up to be virtumonde.prx
Any idea on what it is, what it does and how i could've gotten it?**


This is how it shows in the startup tab on CCleaner
