   Hello to all - 1st time here:
   
   I am working on a friends computer and found a file "adware removal"
   When I opened it ComboFix was inside. In checking the computer it does not appear to have been installed and used. No ComboFix log files.
   Can it be deleted without any issues?

   You mean you found a folder named "adware removal" and in this folder was the ComboFix.exe file! Yes you can delete it.
