Removed programs still popping up on systemlook?

    Hi there. I just finished a long and needlesome process of removing bearshare and various other ridiculousnesses from my computer, thanks to the geniuses in the Malware forum (Kestrel13!, specifically). They recommended I post the following info here and see what you guys thought of it.

    1. I removed all bearshare. I reinstalled firefox and internet explorer and the home page/search engine is no longer hijacked. Who hoo! But...when I did a systemlook search after all that, there are still entries found. Can I remove them? What's the deal, any ideas? I attach that log here.

    2. When I tried to run combofix, I was constantly told that Cyberdefender Internet Security was running. I couldn't find ANY reference to t his program: no mention that it was running in processes; no add/remove program. no even FOLDER for it in programs. Yet it was always detected as running by combofix. And...a systemlook search shows references to it. I attach that log, too.

    I know Cyberdefender is not malware per se. But it's SUPPOSED to be off my computer and for that reason alone, I would like it to NOT be running, you know?

    Suggestions? :confusedCan I remove these entries that were found by systemlook?

    I appreciate any and all advice. Thank you!!

    Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

    Now copy just the bold text below to notepad (Do not include any space above the word REGEDIT). Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
    Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
    to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

    Tell me if you have any other issues.

    Thanks! I did so and it was successful. However, when I run systemlook, I still find items with bearshare AND cyberdefender. Is there no way to completely eliminate these from my system? Or are the items I'm finding just records of me searching for them or something? Thanks so much. I really appreciate the help. I've attached the logs.

    The only references it is finding now is of our logs from systemlook if you see what I mean. Time to stop worrying. I could even do something to prevent Combofix from detecting it each time but it's no big deal honestly. :)
