Well i am looking for a case and a big power supply fit for this MOB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130275

So far i can not seem too find a good fit i want to get a better video card then what i have i wanna get some thing that is in the 1 or 2gb range i here there good im using only a 512 for now.

I bought this for a cheap o build it was like 21$ dollars lol cant beat that for a good power supply
LOGISYS Computer PS550ABK 550Watts ATX12V Power Supply With SATA and 20/24 Pin connectors.

i only paid like 650 for the whole Desktop

Can a higher video card like a 1 GB or 2GB use this power supply most of them i see can run off of a 400 watt power

Which video card are you looking at? You have no 6-pin connectors on that PSU so you can't run a higher end card and forget SLI/xFIRE which the mobo you linked to is capable of. I'd never use such a cheap PSU, but that's just me to protect my investment.

And hoping that my power supply can handle it be cause its a 550 watt supply
Here are my links too show what i have

    CPU Cost 65.00$
Cpu is a dual core clock speed set was 3.2 (OC) too 3.68 stable

Well i was kinda thinking of redoing my whole rig into some thing a little better it was a very Cheap build but still kicks *** I like the EVGA video cards the won i have is Over clocked and stays at a cool 115F while playing GTA 4 and GTA 4 is a high demanding game. That's kinda way i was asking I kinda put this shit blind lol.Be cause My Dell was not fast enough too play any thing i wanted.
I like the case be cause it will keep my whole computer at 100F with all the fans.

That's all fine but you're now looking at a 125W CPU vs a 65W(I love AMD for that!) yet double the power consumption. Also, you might OC that CPU so think of getting a 3rd party HS/F, like a CORSAIR hYPER 212+. Then adding a decent video card will really test that PSU as cheap ones like that might give you half the power that you'd expect. Sure it may work for a while but...

Let's see, you're adding $190 for the Thuban, maybe some extra RAM, and perhaps at least $100 for a video card. You going to trust a $20 cheapo PSU to power all that? Keep it as a spare for your Dell, trust me it's not worth it when you receive your upgrade parts and the thing won't even boot. Been there, done that and never again!:-o

You want a video card like one of mine in my sig? You'll need at least one 30A rail. Your choice of video card is paramount to your choice of an appropriate PSU. Do not expect me to spec in some $20 crap either. Post up which video card that you're interested in, that's just a pagefull of all of them. Look to spending at least $60 for a PSU.

What make of PSU and which video card? What's the "100"? Is that your CPU temp? Too high for my taste.

The card is a bit anaemic but I understand budget constraints. The PSU is excellent if not a bit too much power, maybe save a few dollars for and get an Antec 520W BTW, you won't be able to SLI in the future if you go for the 520W.

I'm an eVga man too and along with Antec they make a good pairing.:major
