Problem With Text Size In Web Pages

When I open some web pages in Ubuntu 11.04 to read an article or something the page and text is real small and hard to read. I must use ctrl + to increase the size that is normal for me to read. Is there a setting in Ubuntu 11.04 to make all pages and text open at a desired setting?

I use a FF addon on my 7" eeepc called nosquint.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nosquint/
It remembers the settings for each website so you do not have to set magnification and be forced to use this at ever site.
