    It is already November 11, 2011 here in OZ and other countries.
    Armistice Day
    My note: For the Anniversary challenged, lots of couples get married on 11/11. Especially this day, 11/11/11:-D

    Thanks for reminding us bazza, we call it Remembrance Day here. Actually, it's more accurate to say 11.11.11.11:11 ;) It will be a long time before our descendants see something even similar, number wise. ;) As if that's important.rolleyes

    Interesting to see how different countries do the honours too. The Americans played militaristic music whereas Canadians were listening to a youth choir singing.

    Actually the Armistice was signed at 11am on 11th Nov, 1918, not 11.11am ;)
