Images not viewable in IE7, 8 & Chrome

    I am new to this forum also HTML & CSS. Has anyone else found the solution to images not showing in IE7, 8 or Google Chrome?:cry Here is my code

    width="20%"
    height="150%"
    hspace="7%"
    vspace="5%"
    alt="" /img>

    I have tried everything and the weird thing is that I am able to view the images fine at home on 2 different computers but not on the systems at work. HELP!!!!! Please
