I have a feeling I have a virus.

Hi... So I think I have a virus. But I have done a few scans (iobit malware, and McAfee) But when i connect something to the computer (disc reader, cell phone, ipad, etc...) it says downloading driver then it fails. Also when I try to open any file in explorer it says The remote procedure call failed and did not execute. Also sometimes my screen will like twitch, its hardly noticeable but it will jump, or something small. Its just all kind of "off"

My OS is Windows 7

 

Also another thing... I am trying to download Blackberry desk top manager and it keeps telling me that I need Microsoft Visual c++2008 redistributable package. When I try and download it nothing happens.

:-/ I dont have a computer that I can get to to create the CD....

 

You have to find an clean computer my friend to ensure if virus exist or not !!
