MGI photosuite

Before I start, Merry Christmas everyone

I had a copy of MGI Photosuite on my PC before it died, I am not sure which version it was, but think it may have been version 3 or 4, but it had lots of calenders in it (great for this time of the year)

It is just a photo editing program, getting rid of red eye, resizing them, scanning, and printing,

Is there anywhere I can get a copy of this ?
I cant find it on ebay or any where (I have googled various download sites, cant find anything) the stuff that is out there isnt anything like MGI or as good

MGI have been bought by Roxio now so ofer no support at all, I dont like the new 'improved' version, the old one worked really well, it got lots of good reviews, even went platinum at some point, I think

Thanks, but that is just the one CD, I'm after the 2 CD one, it has the software content, AND this is more than I paid for the Platinum version 2 CD set AND it is in the USA (you seen how much it is to get stuff from there now ?)

 

It does seem as if this thread isnt going anywhere, so has anyone got any other photo efiting suggestions that is freely availible on the internet ?

None of them do anything that MGI does

 

Gimp should do all you want and more. Has quite a learning curve. Look up tutorials on youtube. Here's one for "Red Eye".
