windows taskbar and start menu disappear after maleware removal

Win7 professional edition

I did maleware removal with help from majorgeeks. It seems to be removed, but i also lost my taskbar and start menu items (Win7 does not have start menu but its equivalent which appears by clicking windows icon on bottom left, it only has "All programs" left and rest all disappear). This is happening for only user account, in admin login all is fine.
Desktop items had also disappear but it came back after running "unhide" as suggested by maleware team.

Maleware team says cleaning went fine and suggest me to post here. Please help

 

Right click where you would expect the taskbar to be & check the box that says "lock taskbar". Also from that menu go into properties and make sure the auto hide taskbar option is not enabled.

Hit Alt-CTRL_DELETE to bring up Task Manager, check under Processes to see if any "explorer.exe" files are running, if they are stop them all, then go to the Applications Tab and run New Task, type in explorer.exe and click ok, the task bar should re-appear, it worked in my Windows 7.

Go into the Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage another account > Create a new account.
Create a new user account, then log in to the new account. Do the problems still persist in the new user account?
