Oh yes, I've read about these people sending emails of complaint to google for constantly Hacking/violating their computer and changing the google logo. apparently this happens to these people nearly everyday! :-D

 

Well, mine did! I got the Google search bar in the top right... I am infected. :-D

Wow. Robert is a grade A spaz. I can relate though. I once worked on a friends computer after it crashed on her. She had a number of pretty serious mal-ware issues (she was not running any anti-virus), and it took me a while to get it squared away. I put anti-virus and other mal-ware fighters on it. She called me a few weeks later, saying I had infected her computer, because the anti-virus had stopped a net-nasty and informed her of it. Her reasoning? She had never seen such a message before I worked on it . . . so it was my fault :banghead

Tell you what, Fred - should she ever call me again for her computer, I am going to suggest this is what she should do!

 

Give it 2 hours, the computer will never be infected again. Foolproof. :-D

Sadly we all know these people, sometimes we are related to them. Took me 15 minutes to explain to my mother how to upload a picture to facebook then another 15 to explain how to "show it to people." :banghead :banghead Then later while out shopping with her she asked me a question and I googled it on my phone. Now she wants one of them "Androgynous" phones. I can hardly wait...
