Anybody heard from augie?

He's MIA here about 2 weeks and 2 or 3 weeks on a couple of other forums I know he is a member of.

 

Nope? hope he's ok.

Not like him to be absent for so long. I know he had health problems, apart from the obvious ones. Suspect he's either real sick - or worse . I do hope he resurfaces again.

 

I hope he's okay. The thread with news about why bigbazza was absent really ruined my evening... I don't want us to lose anyone else like that.

As for Auggie, hopefully he's just on holiday or something, maybe laying on a beach somewhere swearing about the terrible Wireless service :-D

I have tried calling Him but the number is not in service at the moment so i will try again later.

I got a lady with a soft Canadian accent telling me that the number was not in service.

 

Well this is a little concerning, but if his phone is not in service maybe he is experiencing technical difficulties.
Hopefully it's something simple like that.

The phone is still not in service but his machines are folding so we can only hope he is taking a sabbatical.

 

Well that's pretty comforting actually,if something had happened I'm sure his girlfriend would have turned off the computers.

 

Where's he folding BILL?
I checked PROnet, and MGs and OC Team 32 and the latest was at OC but no points after January 19.

Unless he changed a username. I was checking augie only.

I was searching this AM but only knew his first name and my french is 35 years out of date.

 

I disagree , if all his internet activity has stopped AND his phone is down that suggests no service. So like I said, maybe technical issues?

I have been searching the local papers in hid district but can find no mention of him.

You were too fast, it should be there now.

 

I tried to check news etc. for that area. A problem I found was the surrounding area is so populated, I didn't know which paper would be relevant, unlike here where there is just one. I could only check by age and a picture, I also don't know his name.
It's been a long time for technical difficulties.

There's many possible reasons, he may have gone away for a while on vacation or having family time/issues or just wants a break from the net..... hell he may have bought Skyrim lol

I am also close to Augie and have been phoning him for a few days but i am getting "number not in service", I have also been trawling his local newspapers (obituaries) but can find nothing.
I really hope he is OK.

 

I don't know augie outside of here, but with the way he acted here. I can know that he would not give his rigs away without good reason.
I really liked augie, he was the 2nd friend I made here. Made me feel "at home" if you will.

Thanks Mims I believe him and I were close to the same age. We spoke of old movies no one else seemed to know.

Hope he knows how much he's missed.

There were photos of him in hin wheel chair, gone now, on another site.I heard his GF is a nurse and he has children he doesn't see often. Humm sounds familiar

 

I have his real name and address and telephone number Darlene but so far i have not been able to make contact.
I have trawled all the local newspapers in his home town but can find nothing.
He was also close to Gloozit who has been trying to make contact but without success.
