I have built a lot of rigs and 90% have been with a Nvidia cards installed and i have not had one complaint (touches wood)
The GTX 560 is a top card and will handle any game on the market today without a problem.
Just one thing to remember, if you are going to push the card hard on high graphic games be sure you have a good flow of air through the case because heat can kill a PC faster than a lightning strike.

Bio, if you paste the item details first, then highlight it and click the Insert Link button, you end up with a much more informative post that doesn't require any further effort for someone with experience of the item to focus on the area(s) that might need attention.

Just makes it a bit easier for more people to chip in and help out :)

Example: top link from your OP = ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
