Beth - I've seen headlines but not read the articles about the tornadoes in Michigan. Hope you and other Michigan geeks are doing well :wave

 

Our news said the three tornado touchdowns were all over by Ann Arbor. Not a thing here, not even so much as a drop of rain. Didn't hear anything about Kalamazoo, other than severe thunderstorms.

Thanks for worrying about us, though! Makes me feel loved. :-D

According to the news, while there was a TON of property damage, they had more than 30 minutes warning on the sirens before anything touched down, so there were NO injuries. Not even minor (well, I'm sure there were some scrapes and bruises, but nothing requiring medical treatment other than some Neosporin and a band-aid ). Amazing!

Why yes...yes it was. LOL

Apparently we missed another huge storm by about five miles this evening, too. No tornadoes this time, but the area just to the south of me got 1.55 inches of rain in about two hours.
