I'm refurbishing an old PC, and have everything running aside from the audio (that doesn't exist at all, and can't seem to figure out. I've installed both realtek and c-media drivers only to get BSOD for both, so I'm guessing I'm way off. If someone can point me in the direction of the correct drivers for my sound, it'd be muchly appreciated. I'm running Win XP Home Edition on it. Here's my Everest log..

There was an exclamation, but I just couldn't find the right driver. This driver solved the problem. Thanks.

I have another issue though with the graphics. I'm using the onboard and have set it the way I want the reso...but everytime I boot up, the login screen is massive until I change it again. How can I keep the reso the way I want it all the time and avoid this?
