Not new, still have embarrassing question

Hello.
I am in the pacific northwest, which means it is raining. I was looking for a diversion from the world's most tedious work, and wandered into the 'casino' here, where I discovered that I have $35,835! Does this mean I can stop doing tedious work for awhile; I can make it last two years; or is this just 'symbolic' :cry money, a cruel hoax? Is any real money involved in any of the casino goings on? How is it that I have acquired this sum of "money" as I have never been in the casino. If it is real I'll just cash out now.
