Malware removed and no boot (only if MiniNT option deleted)

I removed a malware with Windows Defender Offline and now Windows 7 does not boot. I get BSOD with 0x0000007B (0x80786B58, 0xC000000D, 0x0000000, 0x0000000). Startup repair does not help.
I used every option of Bootrec but it does not help.

If I delete /MiniNT option in F10 boot menu then Windows 7 starts correctly.

I attached frst.txt.

Could somebody help?

Do this once more but when you get into Windows, open Command Prompt with Administrative privileges and type in the following command:

• bcdedit /set {default} winpe no

Try to restart again after you have done this to make sure you don't receive a BSOD.

Let me know if this works before I give you further instructions.

 

Thanks. Win7 boots correctly after this modification (and finally the updates also have been installed, earlier it did not happen, at 35% I had got an error message). The question is that this modification does not affect the operating of the OS at all?
