Help with error message please .

Hi all,
When windows loads i get an error message stating The instruction at "0x7c919af2" referenced memory at "0x00000010 " , The memory could not be "written" This is followed by "Click on ok to terminate the program" or
"Click on CANCEL to debug the program. " This happened after my daughter ( bless her ) accessed her facebook acount . There were a number of other problems that it caused with the computer that i have managed to fix ,i.e couldn't access firewall settings or couldn't change from "windows classic style as there was no other options on screen.
Could some one please point me in the right direction . I am running Windows XP Pro sp3

Is the title of the window about Svchost.exe?

 

Thanks foogoo . No it is nlsvc.exe. Ill dig around Microsoft support and see what i can find

 

It was installed but i uninstalled it using the programs uninstaller . Could it be that there are traces of the program left ?

 

Definitely yes.

Download SystemLook, select the download link 32 or 64 bit depending on your OS. It's a standalone application, so just create a directory for it.
If you're on Vista/Win7 with UAC enabled, then right click SystemLook.exe and Run as Administrator.
Paste the content in the following code box into SystemLook and click 'Look'.

Thanks for all the advise guys but i had to reinstall windows as i was getting more and more problems ,i.e both dvd drives were not recognised then the sound card software was deleted and a few others . Again ,thanks for taking the time to relpy
