Hi all I have 2 gaming computers of which both have been running very slow for a few months.

This post is for the worst/slowest of the two. The startup process is very slow and anything I try to load is extremly slow not to mention when I click on anything the computer sounds like it's about to take off.

I have taken the cleanup and checking as far as I know how. Below are the attachments you request.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Your problems do not appear to be due to malware. Your logs are clean. You may want to try some general software trouble shooting to see if programs like Avira and Comodo are causing you any problems. Also maybe a defrag would help.

Also check out the below. I have seen both of these ( especially Roxio ) cause problems.

    O23 - Service: McciCMService - Alcatel-Lucent - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Motive\McciCMService.exe
    O23 - Service: RoxMediaDB12 - Sonic Solutions - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\12.0\SharedCOM\RoxMediaDB12.exe
    O23 - Service: Roxio Hard Drive Watcher 12 (RoxWatch12) - Sonic Solutions - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\12.0\SharedCOM\RoxWatch12.exe

These are things you can discuss in the Software Forum.

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /uninstall, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Go back to step 6 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    4. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    5. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    6. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    7. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    8. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    9. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

I originally posted this in the software forum but they said it was malware, so I posted the info here. So should I post again in software?

I will finish out the final steps u list below.

Yes but did you try what I suggested?

I did notice your other PC thread, and I while I did not look thru it in extensive detail, there were at least signs of previous infections on it and it has residual damage that I noticed to at least the NetSvcs registry entry which could be causing you problems.... but this is a discussion for your other thread. ;)

I was not referring to the final steps providing any improvement. I was referring to the part saying this:
