possible rootkits?

hey peeps i have just run a root kit scan using avg internet security 2012 and i has found a few items , i am wanting to know if they are bad ones or false positives.

how do i upload the info , what to use for removing then etc.

i am new here so if post wrong or something let me know thnx

hey i have done as asked in the read and run and have re scaned using avg and it has found nothing :-D,

tho would be gr8 to know if they were dangerous or due to having to many av progs? , as i had avast anti virus pro and webroot secure anywhere 2012 as well as avg internet security 2012.

now that webroot and avast are gone avg has not found nothing in the rootkit scan.

 

true i though it may be a good idea to use avast antivirus (shields deactivated) as a back up and avg internet security as my main line of defense, and the webroot secure anywhere 2012 was just the free trial.

both are gone and no infections etc found now using the technical instruction given.

any ideas what is / are good progs to use with avg internet security 20112?
i have malwarebytes ( which did not find what avg did ) or any probs
