Need help but don't know where to post issue/s

Hello all,

I need help in the following areas but since Im only a novice user, I have no idea where to post or how to fix these:

1.My Mobile/Cell phone USB not working (I even bought new usb cords). Computer saying 'this device is not working'.
2.Can't re install my Norton Antivirus 360 CD, after Windows XP re installment, but... other CD's work fine.
3.Can't transfer photos or Docs to Blank CD at all.
4.In device manager, I have a yellow Question mark on on: "MultiMedia controller"


Can Admin please point me to the right areas for these issues please or someone. (I've posted a pic of my D/Manager)
