Who threw out the trash?

I can't find my trash can! It was on the desktop and it says it is, but it's not there. Is there a possibility that it's gone off-screen or something? When I do a search, there it is so I drag it from the search onto the desktop, but it's a shortcut icon!! How can i get it back.

Come back trash. All is forgiven!

May be the Trash can got scared

Be cause there where to many virus's

Or may be its playing hid and seek lol:-D

Well thank you guys for helping me out. Both with a laugh and a solution. The prize this time goes to hrlow2 for the link. Brownzs a close second. The link solved my problem. Isn't it funny (not haha funny) how even after years of using a computer one can forget the simplest of things. Well when I think about it I've never actually had that problem in the past so thanks again ... til the next problem eh?
