Wierd how the ones in exclaimation marks say " Panda " . Becuase i uninstalled panda but theres 2 files that wont delete, its saying there being used and i cant remove them. Tried to install panda and it said, cant install " avicif479.raa " so something wierds going down.

Whats going on? Why isnt my internet working? does it have to do with panda? Any info i could go on would help. Thanks.

I really like Panda and I have tested their A/V trial version. I never use the a/v + firewall or security or computer tune up versions though and this is part of why.

Can you right-click and uninstall the three that have yellow exclamation points? I would also go into the Adminstrative Tools > Services and look for any Panda related services that may be running. Stop and disable them.

I didn't have any issues uninstalling Panda either at home or a network version at work. Odd that yours uninstalled partially.

Get rid of panda, and use just the firewall for Windows, which really you do not need if you do not use the computer off of your network, and use a router, so keep it off. As for AV, use Microsoft Security Essentials.

So, why are you getting the error you ask. It is because Panda has not been set up properly, and personally I hate third party software that makes easy tasks hard, which Panda does.

OP uninstalled Panda and what is left over is the problem. That needs to be addressed before anything else is added.

What does Panda make hard? I've used their A/V on 30+ computers and didn't have a single hiccup. I've used stand alone and networked versions, both were excellent.

Tiger01, did you get any messages when you uninstalled? Is Panda still in your program list?

Panda has a pretty decent troubleshooting section on their site. This article might help you clean up any lingering pieces but use with caution. Make a backup of your registry before you make any changes by hand, no matter how minor or obvious they seem to be.

If Panda did not do it, then something else did. Usually you get the "network cable unplugged' when the driver or even the NIC goes tits up, but a lot of times, it can be caused by third party software like Panda, McAfee, Zone, etc.

Could be coincidence, who knows. Too many variables.
