If your Expecting a Pay check during the week

If you where Expecting your pay check this week The Fing mail service sucks balls mine was sent out on tuesday this week and of corse there had to be dam 4th of july on wednesday so now its freaking friday and still no dam pay check.If it do not come buy 5 pm i ant going into work i have no gas or money.

Half of the people i know that i work with did not get there pay check.My Companie needs to go to direct deposit this waiting game is getting really old fast.

 

Depending on when they put it in the mail on Tuesday, it might not have gone out until Thursday. Which means it will probably be there tomorrow.

Sucks, yes. Do you have an option to pick up your check? With ours, they usually hold them in the office until about 4pm on payday, and then stick them in the mail.

 

They send out the Pay checks bye 4 pm it only takes a day to get here and no i do not have a option to pick it up there are based out of ohio.
My mail has not even shown up yet it's 5pm here and still no mail even my nabors did not get any yet.
This mail bull shit is getting out of hand.Where paying them 13 to 15 dollars an hour to deliver are mail.
I would understand if there car broke down in the heat.But its never ever ever past 4:30 Delivery time its normally around 12pm to 2pm.
My Office said that over 30 security guards did not get paid.And that is just in PA.

Does your employer offer direct deposit? Having your check automatically deposited in your checking or savings account will normally get you the money on the day the check would have been mailed.

 

This week, many mail carriers are on vacation. Which means substitutes are working the routes. Which in turn means the routes get delivered slower. Our mail usually comes between 12-1pm, but today it came at 4:45. Happens around pretty much every major national holiday.

 

I am all so starting to think it might have been put in the wrong mail box.They do that every once in a while.

 

Direct credit for pay is the only way 98% of the population gets paid down-under, partly for those reasons, (and security). No cash or cheques here. Makes life a LOT easier.
Yeah, not getting the cash you're entitled to really sucks, G.S, especially when you don't have any.

 

No kidding. Your company should be embarrassed that they are so far behind. And that's before we even begin to cover the whole "pay you on time"-issue...

I've been there. My deepest sympathies.

 

Ask your employer to quit using the Fing mail service. The USPS is an alternative they may wish to consider.

 

USPS Sucks Agreed now if they got a newer driver on my rout it sucks even more be cause they do not know the quickest way around my area.I use to deliver News paper for the Butler Eagle and i had 250+ Customers this is when gas was over 4$ a gallon.It can be hard to do a new rout its hard to learn every mail box.Takes 2 or 3 weeks.

 

Here it is again Sat and no pay check and no mail for freaking 2 days.

Mail probably shredded my check in one of there machines this is second time they have done this issue.Way does it got to be my pay check way can't it be my freaking State farm bill.

 

You don't seriously think that hard copy spam (or what us old fogies call "junk mail") is a new thing, do you?

 

Of course not. But it's at least quintupled in numbers in just the past ten years, and there's hardly anything worthwhile to find in the mailbox anymore.

 

Huh. I get hardly any. WAY less than I used to get in the 1990's.

 

Yep, and it's not just an American thing. I can literally clear a whole mailbox full of 'junk mail' and a few hours later, MORE crap is in there! Putting a "No Junk Mail Please" sign on the mailbox hasn't made any difference, either.
I don't object to advertising material as such, but when my there's no room for my important mail because of crud, or the front lawn is covered in crap because the wind or the postal dude has chucked them on the lawn - yeah it pisses me off a tad.:mad
Seriously, I remove wads of 20-30 leaflets and sales magazines, daily.

I finally got my pay check today i spent the whole thing on a freaking new starter.

 

Look at the bright side of it. At least you got your pay cheque to pay for your new starter eh? If you would have gotten your cheque sooner and spent it you wouldn't have been able to pay for the starter huh?

 

I think it's a starter motor for his car, I.I.R.C.

Yeah, Govt. is never in a hurry to part with their cash. O.T.O.H., it's not their cash, so they tend to pay very well. :-D
